 Newcomer
to the world of celebrity chefs, talented Jonathan
File is a name to remember!
Jonathan
has cooked for the Royal family and stars from stage
and screen, and at only 29 is now pioneering his innovative
ideas as Executive Head Chef at the magnificent award
winning Crewe Hall Hotel in Cheshire.
 Born
into an academic family, Jonathan remembers baking with
his mum on a Sunday afternoon never thinking that this
early interest would be the foundation for the unique
talent that currently finds him climbing the ladder
to success.
After
three years of full time training at West Herts College
Jonathan spent a final year in the kitchens of The Fours
Seasons at The Inn On The Park Hotel in London. He progressed
rapidly in his next positions at Sopwell House Hotel,
Soughton Hall, Bush Hall and Chilston Park.
 When
Chilston Park was sold the owners had no hesitation
in recruiting Jonathan to undertake the monumental task
of developing every aspect of the catering side of their
new multi-million pound investment in Cheshire - Crewe
Hall Hotel.
Four
years on Jonathan has created a fine dining experience,
which constantly wins awards. The recent opening of
a café bar and brasserie ensures that his combination
of traditional English cooking with an eclectic mix
of continental flavours produces imaginative and stunning
cuisine that can be enjoyed by all.
In
addition to his cooking Jonathan is much in demand at
demonstrations and media events. He has endorsed products
for several major companies and frequently appears on
television.
