to say about this recipe:
"This is my
own concoction and is usually the first dip
4 large blocks
Philadelphia creamed cheese
2 cans of chopped clams with their juice
1 - 2 garlic cloves (depending on how garlicy
you want it), put in garlic press (I use one
2 Tblsp. mayonnaise (optional)
- Let the cream
cheese soften (room temperature).
- Put all the
ingredients into a bowl and mix well, either
with a fork, or a hand mixer.
you don't want to use fresh garlic, garlic powder
is fine (to your own taste).
