Ingredients

1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
2 large Onions Chopped finely
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoons garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3 tablespoons catsup
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Oregano

Method

• Put onions and green peppers in a 2 quart sauce pan and steam.

• Add other ingredients and simmer for at least 20 minutes.

• Use hot or cold. Store chilled
