cup butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 x 29oz can peach halves
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp almond
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
butter into 9" baking pan; sprinkle with
peaches, reserving 6 tbsp of juice. Arrange
peach halves, cut side down over sugar.
coconut around peaches; set aside.
eggs until thick; gradually beat in sugar.
flavoring and reserved syurp.
flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg
mixture and mix well.
350ºF for 50 - 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
Invert on plate.
