lbs. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup boiling water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 - 3 tblsp. flour
2 tblsp. Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
7 oz. package of Pepperage Farm Stuffing Mix
(or any brand you have in your supermarket)
oblong baking dish - add mushrooms.
saucepan, dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
paste of flour and small amount of water;
add slowly to bouillon; blend in Parmesan
cheese, cream and pepper.
over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
melted butter with stuffing mix and spread
at 350º for 35 minutes.
foil and cook 10 minutes more to brown slightly.
