Shrimp Mold

8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans tomato soup
1 large or 2 small stalks celery, minced
1 medium red onion, minced
2 envelopes unflavored Knox Gelatin
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 lb. fresh salad or baby shrimp (drain any juice they may have)
Dash of salt and to sauce (to taste)


Bring the tomato soup to a boil and add the cream cheese. Lower the heat and stir until smooth.

Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water. Remove the soup from the heat; add the gelatin and rest of ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into a mold that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Chill for 3 or 4 hours until set. Turn onto a plate and serve with crackers.
