Cheese and Beer. The muffins have a bit of a
sour taste, but can be sweetened by adding another
Wisconsin favorite, Butter, when they come hot

4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup Beer.
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oil
2 cups Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese, shredded
