boneless chicken breasts
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil or vegetable spray
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons sherry or other wine
About 1 tablespoon cornstarch to thicken slightly
chicken breasts with flour, and brown in pan
with vegetable oil or spray for about 5 minutes.
in 9 inch square pan.
balance of ingredients in small bowl.
and bake for 25 minutes.
and bake another 20 to 35 minutes, until it
is no longer pink and juices run clear.
