Ingredients

1 Stick butter - softened
2 1/4 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1/3 cup Cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
1 Lg. can Carnation evap. milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 x 9-inch pie crusts - unbaked

• Cream butter and sugar.

• Add eggs.

• Add other ingredients; mix well.

• Divide between 2 pie crusts.

• Bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes.

• Lower oven temperature to 300ºF and bake for 25 moreminutes or until done.

Makes 2 pies
