flour a baking dish, capacity 1 1/2 liters / 6
fat and sugar fluffy and add the eggs, one by
one. Mix flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of
soda and spices and stir this into the batter,
alternating with mashed bananas and coffee. Pour
the batter in the dish and bake on the lowest
shelf for about 50 minutes. Allow the cake to
cool slightly in the dish before unmolding.
