Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
6 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 cups milk
4 tbsp. butter

Method
  • Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Layer half of the potatoes, onion and bacon in greased dish; sprinkle with 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper.
  • Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, onion, bacon, flour, salt and pepper.
  • Pour milk over top (it should cover half way up dish).
  • Dot butter on top.
  • Cover dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
