1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
4 dl (1 3/4 cups) flour
1 tsp baking powder
approx 6 dl (2 1/2 cups) blackcurrants
or other fresh or frozen berries (see above),
approx 400 g (14 oz)
3 - 4 tbs sugar
the oven to 175ºC / 350ºF.

flour mixed with baking powder.
out the batter in a baking dish, capacity 1
1/2 liters / 6 cups, preferably with loose edges.
up the batter against the walls, so that there
is a bowl-shaped hollow in the middle.

sugar (unless the berries are already sweetened).
for approx 45 minutes on the lowest shelf of
cooled with whipped cream.
