2 Tblsp. olive oil
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 medium zucchini, grated and drained in a colander
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tblsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tblsp. minced parsley
Oil for frying
