1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 medium onions finely chopped
1 large tomato chopped finely
2 green chilies finely chopped
2 tbs cilantro leaves finely chopped
2 tbs groundnut/corn oil
pepper and salt to taste
oil in a frying pan and sauté onions
tomatoes, turmeric and chilies and cook for
2 minutes until tomatoes wilt.
in beaten eggs and seasoning and cook till the
eggs are just cooked and soft.
with cilantro leaves and serve with buttered
