(20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drain and keep
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup grated cheese
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
a 1 quart casserole dish combine, flour, sugar
and 3 tablespoons of the pineapple juice.
cheese and pineapple and stir.
cracker crumbs with melted butter.
casserole with crumbs.
25 minutes or until heated through.
with ham or pork chops. Recipe can be doubled,
tripled or quadrupled depending on how many you
are serving. Perfect for potlucks. Heat longer
for larger amounts. This is SOOoo
