g cake flour
15 ml baking powder
5 ml salt
2 ml ground ginger
2 ml ground cinnamon
2 ml ground mixed spice
250 g margarine
250 g white sugar
2 large eggs
the flour, baking powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon

the margarine and sugar then add the eggs one
by one, beating well after each addition.
in the flour mixture and mix well.
out the dough on slightly floured surface (about
5 mm thick) and cut out rounds with a biscuit
rounds on greased baking sheets and bake at
180ºC for approx 10 minutes.
