wife and children in Copenhagen as he is currently
principal Dancer with The Royal Danish Ballet.

agreed to share some of his recipes with us which
is great news.
12 oz (1 can) Beer
1 medium Onion, Chopped
6 Hard Rolls
bratwursts, beer, onion, peppercorns, and cloves
in a 3-quart saucepan. Simmer for 20 minutes.
