1-1/2 cups cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips
12 ounces tempered chocolate
butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time
until smooth; add vanilla extract.
dry ingredients together and combine with egg
mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
dough into 6 long loafs and brush each with
beaten egg yolk.
at 400º for 25 minutes.
loaves and let cool completely.
loaves diagonally into one inch pieces.
pieces on baking sheet cut side down.
at 350º for 15 minutes.
pieces over and cook for 10 minutes or until
biscotti from baking sheet and cool on a rack.
