and Graphic artist Martin James. Martin, who originally
comes from New Zealand, is now living with his
wife and children in Copenhagen as he is currently
principal Dancer with The Royal Danish Ballet.

so gifted it seems unfair that Martin should also
be talented in the kitchen as well but he has
agreed to share some of his recipes with us which
is great news.
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons liquid honey
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 teaspoons grated root ginger
500g (1lb) chicken wings
garlic, soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce and ginger.
chicken wings well with this.
to marinate 1 hour.
for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden, turning
once during cooking time.
place wings in roasting dish. Cook at 200ºC
(375ºF) for 10 minutes or until crisp and
hot or cold.
