3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
1 cup confectioners' sugar
a medium bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar
until well blended.
the sour cream, rum, and vanilla, mix until
together the flour, baking powder and salt;
stir into the egg yolk mixture a little at a
