small chuck eye steak or sirloin steak 4 -5
1/3 cup cooked green beans (canned is just fine)
1/3 cup artichoke hearts, cut into quarters
1/3 cup roma tomatoes, sliced
1 clove garlic, diced
1/4 cup white wine (Vermouth is good for this)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup feta cheese
green beans, sliced tomatoes, artichoke hearts,
and garlic into a shallow pasta bowl.
