Bill says: "This is for those of you who liked my Pickle Dilly Green Beans <click here> but would prefer serving the beans in a cream sauce".

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (I like Philadelphia Brand)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon pickle juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

• Cube the cheese, add the milk and heat over low heat, stirring until smooth.

• Add the rest of the ingredients.

• Pour over cooked vegetables such as green beans or peas.
