The Pink Spread

Bill says: "This is a more versatile and less expensive variation on the traditional meal of cream cheese and lox. The amount of sour cream, or if you wish a mayonnaise, will govern the consistency so that the recipe can be used as a thick spread or thinned out and used as a dip".


1 (7 ounce) can salmon fillets
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon fresh ground horseradish (Not the prepared creamy stuff)
1 tablespoon sour cream

  • Mix well and spread
