Indulgent Sausages

This
recipes comes from Musk's Sausages of Newmarket.
Queen
Victoria was on the throne when James Musk first began
selling his famous original recipe sausages from his
shop in Newmarket High Street. Musk's famous Newmarket
Sausages are still made today using the original recipe
created by James Musk in 1884.
Their
sausages are hand made in small batches using the finest
cuts of fresh pork, a secret blend of herbs and spices
and freshly baked bread. This unique recipe is encased
in a natural skin ensuring the succulence for which
a Musk's sausage is renowned.
A
favourite amongst the Royal Family for generations,
Musk's have had the royal patronage of the late Queen
Elizabeth The Queen Mother as well as the late King
George V and Edward Prince of Wales. King George would
request his order be sent by express train to Balmoral
every Saturday, a complimentary note would always follow
by return.
Musk's
is a reputation that has spanned two centuries bringing
you the texture and flavour of how sausages used to
be. To find out more and where you can obtain the sausages
