and Graphic artist Martin James. Martin, who originally
comes from New Zealand, is now living with his
wife and children in Copenhagen as he is currently
principal Dancer with The Royal Danish Ballet.

so gifted it seems unfair that Martin should also
be talented in the kitchen as well but he has
agreed to share some of his recipes with us which
is great news.
Fajita Size Flour Tortillas
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon dried Oregano
2 x 4 oz. Breasts of Chicken halves, skinned
2 curly leaves of Lettuce
2 tablespoons Salsa
Red Onion Rings (optional)
Fresh Oregano (optional)
balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano
and chicken breasts in a zip-top plastic bag.
Seal and marinate in refrigerator for several
chicken from bag and discard marinade.
chicken on a grill pan coated with cooking spray.
Grill for 8 minutes on each side or until done.
