and Graphic artist Martin James. Martin, who originally
comes from New Zealand, is now living with his
wife and children in Copenhagen as he is currently
principal Dancer with The Royal Danish Ballet.

so gifted it seems unfair that Martin should also
be talented in the kitchen as well but he has
agreed to share some of his recipes with us which
is great news.
1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
4 firm bananas
5 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
a large bowl combine 1 cup of flour, baking
powder, soda and salt.
blend in the water and beat with whisk until
each banana crosswise into 3 pieces. You should
have 12 pieces altogether.
bananas with remaining 1/2 cup of flour.
oil in a large skillet over high heat.
banana pieces in flour water mixture, coating
4 - 6 pieces at a time until golden brown, about
3 - 5 minutes.
