and Graphic artist Martin James. Martin, who originally
comes from New Zealand, is now living with his
wife and children in Copenhagen as he is currently
principal Dancer with The Royal Danish Ballet.

so gifted it seems unfair that Martin should also
be talented in the kitchen as well but he has
agreed to share some of his recipes with us which
is great news.
cup soft margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
butter and sugar together.
in the eggs and add vanilla.
the banana with buttermilk.
the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture.
in 2 greased round 8 inch layer pans.
25 to 35 mins or until a tooth pick inserted
comes out clean.
and frost with butter icing or peanut butter
