2 cups raw brown rice
1 tsp. salt
3 Tblsp. butter
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. very finely grated fresh orange rind

1 small can chopped black olives, drained
