lbs. baking potatoes, peeled and diced
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup green onions, sliced
3 Tblsp. butter
6 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
3/4 cup half and half
Salt and pepper
3/4 lb. brie, ring removed and diced
Thyme or parsley for garnish
potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15 minutes
or until tender. Drain well.
sauté garlic and green onion in butter
for 2 minutes or until softened.
in garlic butter mixture, cream cheese, half
and half, salt, and pepper.
at 450° for 15 minutes or until top begins
to lightly brown.
with thyme or parsley.
