lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
Finely chopped yellow onion
Ground black pepper to taste
mashed potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, milk,
onion, butter, and pepper to taste.
well and place in a large casserole.
and bake at 325° degrees for 50 minutes.
