Make Ahead Potatoes
 

This is one of the recipes that has been provided by Shirley Cline from San Francisco in response to my quest for recipes using Balsamic Vinegar. (You can contact Shirley by emailing her - click here).

Ingredients

5 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
Finely chopped yellow onion
Ground black pepper to taste

Method
  • Combine mashed potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, onion, butter, and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well and place in a large casserole.
  • Cover and bake at 325° degrees for 50 minutes.

Serves 4
