of Rebbecca Cunningham who lives in St. Louis.
the oldest of six children and Rebecca has always
been in the kitchen. She loves to cook and bake
and collect recipes. She had her own bakery for
six years and now works for a retail bakery. She
now has a total of twenty-five years experience
in the baking and cooking field. In Beckys B Sweet
Cookbook of Desserts, her first cookbook, she
has gathered one hundred dessert recipes that
she likes to make and most of which are very easy
recipe is a favorite where I work. I made them
and took them in one day and they were such a
big hit whenever I ask them what they want me
to bring in they say "Your Cream Puffs".
pkg Crescent rolls
1 tabl sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup cold milk
1 pkg (4-serving size) Vanilla instant pudding
1 container (8oz) cream cheese
2 cups thawed whipped topping
1 square (1 oz) semi-sweet chocolate
each crescent roll and wrap loosely around a
piece of aluminum foil so when it is baked you
have a hole in the center.
tops with sugar and cinnamon.
crescent rolls for about 8 minutes until just
rest of ingredients except chocolate. Spoon
into decorating bag and squeeze into crescent
center until full.
with melted chocolate.
