Beer Muffins

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 can (12oz) beer

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Grease or spray 12 muffin cups or use paper cups .
  • Mix all ingredients and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes
