of Rebbecca Cunningham who lives in St. Louis.
the oldest of six children and Rebecca has always
been in the kitchen. She loves to cook and bake
and collect recipes. She had her own bakery for
six years and now works for a retail bakery. She
now has a total of twenty-five years experience
in the baking and cooking field. In Beckys B Sweet
Cookbook of Desserts, her first cookbook, she
has gathered one hundred dessert recipes that
she likes to make and most of which are very easy
pkg butter pecan cake mix
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
make the filling mix together the brown sugar,
chopped pecans and cinnamon.
and flour tube cake pan 10 incehs x 4 inches.
cake mix as directed except use 1 cup of water.
half of the batter (about 2 cups) into a pan
and sprinkle with half of the filling.
with remaining batter and filling.
until cake springs back when touched lightly
near center. About 45 to 50 minutes.
for 30 minutes and then invert on a serving
