as he is currently principal Dancer with The Royal Danish

talented in the kitchen as well but he has agreed to
share some of his recipes with us which is great news.

cups finely crushed vanilla wafers (40 to 50)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped red candied cherries
1/4 cup rum
3 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar
medium bowl combine the crushed wafers, 1 cup powdered
sugar, the cherries and the pecans. Add the rum, syrup
and butter and blend well.
