is now living with his wife and children in Copenhagen
as he is currently principal Dancer with The Royal Danish

so gifted it seems unfair that Martin should also be
talented in the kitchen as well but he has agreed to
share some of his recipes with us which is great news.

cup Icing Sugar
1/2 cup Shortening
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Peppermint Flavouring
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
sugar, shortening, butter and peppermint extract thoroughly.
flour and salt and blend well.
dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well.
into one inch balls, place on cookie sheet and cook
in 400°F oven for 8 - 10minutes.
decorate dip tops in icing, pink and green, and then
