"At
least here in Minnesota, tomatoes that are grown inside
in hot houses, or by hydroponics, are often lacking
in the intense flavor of garden tomatoes. This salad
exploits those hidden flavors that are only soluble
in fat or alcohol. However, since the salt will start
to leach the water from the vegetables, and dilute the
dressing, this salad should be eaten within the hour".
"Creamy
Mayonnaise carries the refreshing tartness of the berry
of the Juniper Tree and the sweetness from the labors
of the Honey Bee, to make this interesting sauce. It
will give a new taste to greens and vegetables, exploit
alcohol soluble flavors, and add zest to the baked potato.
Cooking is a Creative Sport".
