Chicken Breast is seared whole to preserve the moisture
in the meat, then sliced when served to take full advantage
of the sauce".
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 5 ounces)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Rum
the mayonnaise, honey and rum and set aside.
both sides of the Chicken Breast with Olive Oil.
in a hot frying pan for four minutes on each side.
the chicken rest for three minutes.
and serve over cooked rice or pasta.
