would work well with any tender cut of meat, ground
beef patties, or chicken breasts. Cooking is a Creative
Chuck Eye or Top Sirloin (5 Ounce) Steaks
1 Tin (4 ounce) of Mushrooms Stems and Pieces
1/4 Cup liquid from the tin of Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Rum
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
both sides of the steak, first with the pepper and
then the olive oil.
in a dry frying pan for 3 1/2 minutes per side.
the steaks from the pan and add the butter, stirring
until melted. Reduce the heat and add the flour, rum,
liquid from the mushrooms and the mushrooms.
until the sauce thickens. If the sauce is too thick,
you may add the water. Taste and add salt if needed.
with a Baked Potato, and a side salad or vegetable.
