This
second of my canned tuna fish recipes is more of a snack
and answers the "I'm hungry - have you got anything
to eat" question - whip this up out of the
storecupboard.
Ingredients
1
can tuna
1 can sweetcorn
4 tbspns mayonnaise
4 oz (100g) finely grated hard cheese
8 slices bread
Method
- Heat
your grill and toast your bread (or use a toaster,
but heat your grill anyways!)
- Mix
together the tuna, sweetcorn, mayonnaise and cheese.
- Butter
one side of the toast and spread the tuna mixture
- heat under the grill until bubbling.
- Any
left over mixture is great for sandwiches - yeah,
there's really going to be some left over
