Ingredients
1/2
cup cooked chicken breast, diced
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 cup dried pasta. (I like Rotini)
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (canned is just fine)
2 tablespoons black olives, pitted and diced (canned
is ok)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
Cook
the pasta according to package instructions (about
8 minutes) and drain.
Add
the balsamic vinaigrette to the bottom of a serving
bowl, followed by the pasta, tomatoes and olives.
Toss
to coat, and then add salt and pepper and splash on
the olive oil.
Serve
hot or refrigerate for an hour and serve as a salad.
