recipe is gluten, dairy and egg free.
Ingredients
for Gluten free Pancakes
100g
(4 oz) potato flour
50g (2 oz) rice flour
14 fl oz rice milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
Sunflower oil or dairy free margarine for frying
How
to make Gluten free Pancakes
- Sift
flours, salt and pepper into a bowl.
- Add
half the milk and beat to a smooth batter.
- Beat
in the rest of the milk.
- Melt
margarine or heat the sunflower oil in a small frying
pan.
- Add
enough batter to cover the base of the frying pan.
- Fry
until slightly browned and then flip the pancake over
and brown the other side.
- Serve
with lemon or orange juice or maple syrup.
