for White Gluten and Dairy Free Bread
(1 6ozs) Doves Farm Gluten and Wheat free bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
6tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
1 tsp vinegar
325ml (11 fl oz) warm dairy free milk.
2 tsp quick dried yeast
