Ingredients for White Gluten and Dairy Free Bread

450g (1 6ozs) Doves Farm Gluten and Wheat free bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
6tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
1 tsp vinegar
325ml (11 fl oz) warm dairy free milk.
2 tsp quick dried yeast

How to make White Gluten and Dairy Free Bread

  • Mix together the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
  • In a bowl beat the milk, vinegar and eggs.
  • Add the flour and mix preferably with your hands or using a food processor to form a sticky dough.
  • Continue mixing adding the oil.
  • Place the dough in a an oiled 1kg (2 lb) bread tin.
  • Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven. 200°C / 425°F / Gas 7 for 40 to 45 minutes.
