recipe is gluten and dairy free.
Ingredients
for Gluten and Dairy Free White Bread for Bread Maker
450g
(16 ozs) Doves Farm Gluten and Wheat free bread flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
1 tsp vinegar
310 ml (12 fl ozs) dairy free milk.
2 tsp quick dried yeast
How
to make Gluten and Dairy Free White Bread for Bread
Maker
- Measure
out the milk into a bowl.
- Beat
in the vinegar, oil and eggs.

Pour this into the bread maker pan.
- Add
the flour, salt and sugar to the pan and stir with
a wooden spoon.
- Sprinkle
the yeast on top.
- Start
the machine on normal bread programme or the gluten
free programme if available on your machine.
- After
a few minutes mixing, lift the machine lid and scrape
down the sides of the pan with a plastic spatula.
Do not use your fingers.
- Allow
the machine to complete its cycle.
- Turn
the bread out onto a cooling rack and leave to cool.
