Ingredients for Gluten free and Dairy free Family Pizza

Pizza dough:
450g (16 ozs) Doves Farm Gluten and Wheat free bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
1 tsp vinegar
325ml (11 fl oz) warm dairy free milk
2 tsp quick dried yeast

Topping:
6 tbsp tomato puree
Any toppings you want which are allowed for your diet

How to make Gluten free and Dairy free Family Pizza

  • Mix together the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
  • In a bowl beat the milk, vinegar and eggs.
  • Add the flour and mix preferably with your hands or using a food processor to form a sticky dough.
  • Continue mixing adding the oil.
  • Spread the dough out onto a large pizza tray.
  • Spread the top with the tomato puree and cover with chosen toppings.
  • Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake in the centre of a pre heated oven 200°C / 400°F /Gas 6 for 35 to 40 minutes. May need less time or longer depending on your oven.
