be a shame not to share them with you for this reason

1/2 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
tsp lemon favouring
2 cup sugar
2 x egg yolks
1 cup butter
the first 4 Ingredients together.
the butter, the lemon favouring and the vanilla together
until butter is softened.
sugar gradually, creaming until fluffy after each
egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition.
a quarter of the dry Ingredients at a time, beating
until just blended.
balls 1 inch in diameter and palce about 2 inches
apart on ungreased baking sheets.
at 350°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
