'n Spice Apple and Nut Cake

is many years since Hub-UK was first launched. It has
been created from recipes contributed form all over
the world, from professionals and amateurs alike. A
great many of the recipes do not have any details as
to who sent them in or from where they came. It would
be a shame not to share them with you for this reason
alone.
This
is one such recipe. If you know where it originated,
or perhaps it is even yours, let me know and I will

Ingredients
4
tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
1 x egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 x salt, pinch
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup apples, finely chopped
1/2 cup Nuts
Method
- Add
vanilla, nuts, and apples.
- Bake
in 8" square pan at 350°F for 35 - 40 minutes.
- Serve
with topping of whipped cream or ice cream.
