1 1/2 cup flour, sifted
3 x eggs, separated
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sour cream, dairy
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup of sugar and butter.

until light and fluffy.

Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
with topping made of 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
at 325°F for 1 hour.
to cool in pan for 15 minutes before turning out.
