Corn Pudding

It is many years since Hub-UK was first launched. It has been created from recipes contributed form all over the world, from professionals and amateurs alike. A great many of the recipes do not have any details as to who sent them in or from where they came. It would be a shame not to share them with you for this reason alone.

2 tbsp cornflour
1 tin cream style corn
6 x eggs
3 cup canned milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 x salt, pinch


  • Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to make a smooth paste.
  • Add to cream style corn.
  • Beat eggs and add 3 cups canned milk, 1 tablespoon sugar and salt to taste.
  • Add to corn mixture.
  • Pour into greased casserole or flat pan.
  • Bake in slow (300°F) oven until consistency of custard, 50 - 60 minutes, until knife comes out clean when inserted.
