Turkey Crunch

It is many years since Hub-UK was first launched. It has been created from recipes contributed form all over the world, from professionals and amateurs alike. A great many of the recipes do not have any details as to who sent them in or from where they came. It would be a shame not to share them with you for this reason alone.

3 cup diced cooked turkey
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
4 oz mushrooms
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tin cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup milk
2 oz jar sliced pimento, drained
3 oz chow mein noodles
1 x butter


  • Combine turkey, mushrooms, celery, onion, green pepper, pimento and poultry seasoning into a large casserole dish greased with butter.
  • Blend together mushroom soup and milk and pour over the turkey mixture.
  • Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top.
  • Bake in slow (325°F) oven for 30 minutes.
