Different everytime, yet delicious everytime. Top it

Ingredients
1
x 9-inch pie crust
Filling:
5
1/2 cup mixture of several fruits (chopped rhubarb,
blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, sliced peaches
or apples)
3/4
cup sugar
1/3
cup flour
2
tablespoons cornstarch
1/2
teaspoon cinnamon
Topping:
3/4
cup brown sugar
3/4
cup flour
1/4
cup butter, diced
Method
- Place
crust in large pie pan.
- Mix
sugar, flour, cornstarch and cinnamon in large bowl.
- Gently
stir in fruit to coat.
- Pour
filling into prepared pie crust.
- In
medium bowl, mix brown sugar and flour.
- Mix
in butter with a fork or pastry cutter until crumbly.
- Bake
for about 40 - 45 minutes.
- Serve
with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
